We are committed to protecting patient privacy and maintaining HIPAA compliance. Patient health information (PHI) collected through our platform is:

5. Payment Terms

Our platform facilitates payment processing and billing management:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Price changes will be communicated with minimum 30 days notice

6. Limitation of Liability

Vernal Health provides tools to assist with healthcare administration but does not provide medical advice or treatment. Healthcare providers remain solely responsible for patient care decisions and clinical outcomes.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will retain access to export your data for 90 days, after which data may be permanently deleted.
